Naman is a JDRF Youth Ambassador and Youth Advocacy Leader who is passionate about healthcare affordability. “It is extremely important to me that those who already have to fight the battle of having diabetes don’t have to fight the premiums that healthcare imposes on them as well.” With his passion for advocacy, Naman has educated many people about T1D, including executives, JDRF corporate partners, and medical students at Vanderbilt University.

Naman is varsity team leader of his debate team and ranks as a top 15 debater in the country! A perfect scorer on the ACT College Entrance Exam, Naman started an ACT tutoring service, where he has pledged to donate 100% of his earnings to JDRF. Naman also founded a nonprofit, Science Finds, which educates and connects students in STEM fields. When he is older, Naman envisions himself becoming an endocrinologist.
