Age: 15
Age at Diagnosis: 10

Aiden has taken every opportunity to educate his classmates, family, and friends about T1D and the daily struggles he faces. He’s especially proud of the funds he’s raised for JDRF through his family’s One Walk team. He even won an award at school for sharing his diagnosis story with his classmates! Aiden likes to play golf and spend time with his friends and family. He’s hoping to become an endocrinologist when he grows up.

Aiden’s older brother, Alex, was diagnosed with T1D seven months before him, and is also a Delegate this year. They’re looking forward to advocating together for a brighter future for everyone with T1D. “I am hopeful that as I get older there will be more advancements in technology and research that will help make it easier.”
