Lorynn enjoys reading, participating in Girl Scouts, and writing on her blog. She has been involved in JDRF in several different ways—from doing television interviews to participating in in JDRF One Walks. Lorynn is looking forward to going to Washington, D.C., to advocate for everyone affected by T1D, including the dozens who are newly diagnosed every day. She’s ready to tell Congress to “help me and millions of others in our hope that one day we can say that we used to have diabetes.”
