Kobi is an active 7th grader who plays football and saxophone, but of all his accomplishments, forming his support organization “Kobi’s Konnection” to help support people living with T1D and their families is at the top of his list! He’s even written a book, “Kobi Takes Type 1 Diabetes to the Zoo” that was released this past fall!

Kobi has spoken to groups at schools and churches in his community to educate people about T1D and raise awareness about issues that impact the T1D community. “I enjoy educating people about my journey with T1D, and about the things that need to change.” When he grows up, Kobi plans to become an attorney.
