Carly is an honor student who tirelessly spends time advocating for those living with T1D in her own community. She has been involved in fundraising through JDRF One Walk, served as a Youth Ambassador and spoken at JDRF golf events. When she’s not raising awareness about T1D or studying, Carly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, participating in drama club and playing softball. Carly is glad that advancements have been made in T1D technologies, and hopes that soon these amazing devices will be accessible to everyone. “There are kids like me all over the world, and we need easier access to devices to manage our T1D, and ultimately, a cure.”
