Stella might be young, but her commitment to raising awareness about T1D is mighty! It’s because of this, as well as her leadership and desire to make a positive impact on the T1D community, that she was named a JDRF Junior Ambassador. She has participated in JDRF Galas,  JDRF One Walks and TypeOneNation Summits as well. Stella loves to express herself through different forms of art, attend ballet class, visit the library and play with her little brother, Remy. Stella is excited to use her enthusiastic voice at Children’s Congress, because her ultimate dream is the day when “type 1 diabetes goes away.”
