Age: 12
Age at T1D diagnosis: 3

Bowling, cornhole tournaments, bingo nights, car washes and lemonade stands. It’s hard to imagine there’s any way to raise money for T1D research that Paul and his family haven’t tried. Paul has participated in the Southwest Ohio Chapter’s JDRF One Walk and Gala events for several years, has attended several Promise to Remember Me meetings, and has volunteered at a recent TypeOneNation Summit where he served as a JDRF Youth Ambassador. In his spare time, Paul enjoys playing video games and soccer. He hopes to do something in the tech field when he is older.
