Juliana was diagnosed a month before her fourth birthday. Although it isn't always easy, she has been tremendously brave while learning about type 1. She and her family share their story with others and want to do anything they can to help battle this disease.

Juliana was diagnosed a month before her fourth birthday. Although it isn't always easy, she has been tremendously brave while learning about type 1. She and her family share their story with others and want to do anything they can to help battle this disease. As a delegate, Juliana wants to tell her story to members of Congress to encourage them to continue helping those with type 1 through funding for research. Juliana loves to swim, run, draw, dance, play soccer, and dress up like a princess. She is interested in learning numbers and letters, and in helping her mom bake.
