Danielle loves exploring and trying out new, exciting things, participating in Model United Nations, volunteering at a nursing home assisting elderly residents and traveling to Spain, where she recently studied for a month. She also enjoys hiking, biking and photography. Danielle also supports JDRF by participating in One Walks, and volunteering at Galas. She looks forward to making Children’s Congress one of her next adventures, saying, “With more research in type 1 diabetes and related technology, new treatments and eventually a cure can be developed.
