Age: 7
Age at T1D diagnosis: 13 months

When he isn’t hitting home runs on the baseball diamond, you can find Cole filming his YouTube channel where he and his mom talk a lot about what life is like living with T1D. Cole says that he enjoys using social media because he “likes to help other kids like me with T1D. It’s nice to know we’re not alone.” He and his family also actively participate in their Chapter’s JDRF One Walk and TypeOneNation Summit events, in addition to local T1D support groups. Cole looks forward to bringing his passion for T1D advocacy to Children’s Congress.
